How we release funds

Phased Disbursement — Funds That Follow Your Build

Rather than releasing the full loan at once, BSI Finance can disburse funds in stages as your construction progresses. This protects your budget and ensures every shilling goes exactly where it should.

Stage 1
Foundation & Site Prep

First tranche released upon signed project contracts and confirmed site preparation works.

Stage 2
Structure & Walls

Second tranche released after foundation inspection and ground-floor walls are complete.

Stage 3
Roofing & Windows

Third tranche released once roofing is complete and windows are fitted.

Stage 4
Fit-Out & Completion

Final tranche released upon project completion and a final site inspection by our team.

The number of stages and percentage amounts are flexible and agreed with your advisor based on project size and type. We work around your construction plan, not the other way round.
